Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address, a username and a password. You will also need to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Once submitted, you will receive a verification code or link on your mobile or email — confirm it and your account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes and there is no joining fee.

No. derm17 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit or play. Age verification is part of the account setup and is required again before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately without exception.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one derm17 account. Creating multiple accounts under different emails, mobile numbers or devices is against the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are detected through identity documents, payment methods and device data, and will be closed. If you have lost access to your account, contact the support team rather than registering a new one.

For standard gameplay, mobile and email verification are sufficient. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification using your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is required. In some cases, a selfie photo may also be requested. This is a standard KYC process to protect your funds and make sure withdrawals go only to the account owner.

Winnings from settled Sports Betting markets are added to your derm17 PKR balance automatically once the event result is confirmed and the market is settled. Settlement times depend on the sport and market — most Cricket match markets settle within a short period after the match ends. You can then use that balance for more bets, Casino games or submit a withdrawal request.

If a Cricket match is abandoned, postponed or does not produce a result, bets on affected markets are generally voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance. Responsible Gaming

derm17 offers deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly in PKR), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), self-exclusion (3 months to indefinite), loss limits and the ability to opt out of marketing. Log in to your derm17 account and go to Account Settings, then the Responsible Gaming tab. Choose daily, weekly or monthly and enter your preferred PKR limit. The limit takes effect immediately — once reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Lowering a limit applies straight away; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes.

Go to Account Settings and the Responsible Gaming section. Select Self-Exclusion and choose your preferred duration — 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or indefinitely. Your account is locked immediately. Login, deposits and gameplay are blocked for the full period. Marketing communications are also stopped. To reactivate, you must contact support after the exclusion has ended and a mandatory additional cooling-off period has passed.
