derm17 Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the derm17 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any Casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use derm17.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of derm17, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without an account. They apply equally to the derm17 website and the derm17 mobile app.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register for a derm17 account and use the platform's paid features, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. derm17 is strictly an adult entertainment platform and minors are not permitted to register, deposit or participate in any game or bet.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active derm17 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be voided.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement either on derm17 or through any external responsible gaming programme that covers derm17.

derm17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restrictions.

3 Account Rules

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your derm17 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party. derm17 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Each person may hold only one account. If derm17 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether through the same device, payment method, IP address or identity documents — all duplicate accounts may be suspended. Bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be voided.

• You must update your account details promptly if any of your personal information changes.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to operate your account — is strictly prohibited.
• derm17 may suspend or close any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion or any conduct that violates these Terms.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity fees or closure in accordance with the current fee schedule available on request.

4 Deposits & Payments

derm17 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and supported mobile wallets. All transactions on the platform are processed in PKR and there is no currency conversion involved at any stage.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit near-instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in a hold on your account pending review.
• derm17 does not accept deposits from any source linked to criminal activity or money laundering. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit of a suspicious nature.
• Any deposit made by error must be reported to derm17 support promptly. Funds that have been wagered cannot be reversed.

derm17 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account review prior to processing.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and account VIP tier. Higher limits are available to VIP members.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallet numbers registered in your own name, matching the identity information on your derm17 account.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. These requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• derm17 reserves the right to request additional identity or source of funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fast. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

derm17 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are communicated at the time the bonus is made available. The general principles applying to all bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address and payment method.
• Wagering requirements — where applicable — must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• derm17 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun meeting wagering requirements will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

Bonuses are provided at derm17's discretion as a gesture of goodwill and cannot be claimed as a right. derm17 reserves the right to decline to award a bonus to any player where there is reasonable cause.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The derm17 sportsbook covers Cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, Football, Esports and other sports markets. All bets are subject to the general and sport-specific rules set out in this section and in the dedicated rules available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. If a bet is placed after an event has started without in-play betting being available, derm17 reserves the right to void the bet.
• derm17 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or data feed error.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the bet to pay out. A voided leg will reduce the accumulator by that selection and recalculate the odds accordingly.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to key in-game events. Bets accepted during a suspension will be voided unless they were confirmed before the suspension came into effect.
• Cricket match betting follows standard international match settlement rules. PSL matches abandoned due to weather are settled according to DLS method results where applicable, or voided if no result is determined.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market and are subject to change. derm17 reserves the right to limit the stakes of any individual player at its discretion.

8 Casino & Games

Casino games available on derm17 — including Slots, Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Bingo and Crash games — are provided by certified third-party software suppliers. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, depending on the game type.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual Casino games are available within each game's information panel. These represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that causes an incorrect outcome or display, derm17 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the account. Wins resulting from a game malfunction are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by account tier.
• derm17 does not permit the use of automated software, bots or any systematic exploitation of game mechanics. Any account found to be using such methods will be suspended.
• Live Casino games operate in real time and are subject to the decisions of the live dealer or host. All results are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the system.

9 Responsible Gaming

derm17 is an entertainment platform intended for adults who choose to engage with online gaming for leisure. We take player welfare seriously and provide tools to help players manage their activity in a way that remains enjoyable and within their personal financial means.

The responsible gaming tools available on derm17 include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These can be set via your account settings. Once a deposit limit is set it takes effect immediately; increases to a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before coming into force.

• Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and prevent login for the selected duration. To reactivate a self-excluded account, a mandatory cooling-off period must pass.
• derm17 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy & Data

derm17 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform security. • By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• derm17 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party payment processors and identity verification services is limited to what is necessary for those specific purposes.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data and deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.

11 Account Termination

You may close your derm17 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — after deduction of any applicable fees and provided no pending wagering requirements or investigations apply — will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

derm17 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use in connection with criminal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been used by a person other than the registered account holder.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to derm17, its players or its payment providers.

In cases of account closure for a breach of these Terms, derm17 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to report relevant matters to appropriate authorities where required by law.

12 Limitation of Liability

derm17 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and accurate service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors or that all information displayed will be completely accurate at every moment.

• derm17 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• derm17's total liability to any individual player in any given month shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in that month.
• Nothing in these Terms limits derm17's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By using derm17, you acknowledge that online gaming involves a degree of financial risk and that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. derm17 cannot be held responsible for the outcome of individual game sessions or betting decisions.

13 Changes to Terms

derm17 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via their registered contact details or through a notice displayed upon login. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of derm17 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
